Right now I'm in the middle of finding the right shelving for them so they are just kind of sitting around waiting for a home. I guess I should have put the shelving up first, huh? Well, no matter. I know I'll have to be much more responsible about them and make sure I dust them constantly but it's totally worth the work seeing them all lined up and ready to go. I ended up cataloging all the shoes into one large excel document with all the names, sizes, etc so that I can still post and being the nut that I am, I know all my shoes by their names.
Let's hope this system works out because if it doesn't... well, it just has to work! :)

Good for you! It will save loads of room and they will look so good on display! =)
It's so funny that you have catalogued all your shoes! I just did the same thing (and I too know them all by name!), with colour, fabric, style, and heel and platform height.
(Oh, and the total is now up to 141! That's why I listed prices in my excel sheet as a way to curb my spending!)
OMG, that's so funny that we got the same idea to excel all of our shoes! Except I didn't do the price column, and looking back it would have been a good idea to add it. So 141? WOW, you definitely beat me, I can't remember the exact number but I think I'm at 107... I've got some catching up to do!
